Dr C F Leung is a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, National University of Singapore. His research interests include offshore geotechnics, soil-structure interaction, water front structures and centrifuge modeling. Professor Leung had published many papers in international journals and delivered keynote/invited lectures on a good number of international conferences on the above research topics. Professor Leung is currently a technical committee member of the ISO Jack-up Foundation Panel. He is an international advisory member of OMAE conferences in 2008 and 2009 and a technical program committee member of ISOPE since 2007. Professor Leung was also the Chairman of ISSMGE Technical Committee TC2 on Geotechnical Physical Modelling. He also served on the editorial board of several international journals including International Journal on Physical Modelling in Geotechnics, Ground Improvement etc.
